Glad you liked it. The process and the tools are the tip of the iceberg. It’s like comparing a course in Photoshop to a full 5 year graphic design education. The tools are the easiest to learn. It can project an image of Service Design being easy. Using a Service Design tool doesn’t make you a Service Designer anymore than learning how to operate a pencil makes you an artist.
