Hi Lillian, thanks for your reply. I was always wondering when someone from McKinsey would react to any of the many articles that have been written as reactions to the report these past weeks. I’m super curious about how the integration of design is going at firms like McKinsey. And how the people of McKinsey think about all the reflections on the report that are out there. I think these are super exiting times to be in design and I think design moving into consultancies is one of the biggest disruptions in design for a long time. Could you shine some light on how things are going with design at McK? Is the focus on the ROI of design good for design? How do the designers at McK contribute to the bottom line? Is it just about UX or are designers also involved in Design Thinking? How are the designers adjusting to the consultancy environment or are they in a separate silo? Is there any synergy between the business consultants and the designers?
