The best would be to get an engineering degree from an excellent technology institute and after that an MBA from a top business school. And if you don’t want to study for 8 more years :-) there are many options to educate yourself online today. You can actually do a course in technology from MIT for almost free today or a business course from Harvard. We have libraries full of excellent books. All the knowledge is out there. Most important I think in this process is to apply it directly to your work. Only following online courses or reading books will get you nowhere. Peter Senge has a nice idea about learning. Learning is not consuming information but using that information to become more creative. So with every bit of new information, you should experiment with applying it and asking yourself how this can help you become more creative.
